Since its founding nine years ago by construction industry leaders Jim Gray and Keith Faver, FaverGray has evolved into a thriving national construction management and general contracting company.
FaverGray work can be found in the following states:
As evidenced by the number of repeat clients even during difficult economic conditions, FaverGray has consistently delivered high-quality construction services to real estate owners, developers and investors. The company has a well-earned reputation for providing value-added pre-construction, construction, and design/build contracting services that create significant value for its clients.
FaverGray’s 50-person staff has the expertise and experience across a full scope of commercial real estate, including affordable housing, market rate multi-family housing, student housing, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, education, and healthcare projects.
In addition, FaverGray’s strong relationship with national subcontractors and surety underwriters, and banking institutions, has enabled the company to successfully handle construction projects throughout the United States.
To date, the firm has completed over 2,000 units of student housing (7,200 beds), over 5,000 units of market rate multifamily and senior living projects with a contract value of over $500 million. The company has rapidly expanded its construction reach nationally from its home base in Jacksonville, Florida. The company generated record revenues in excess of $92 million in 2013, and is on track to record revenues of $110 million in 2014.
Supported by an experienced and talented team of construction professionals, FaverGray has the human and financial capacity to effectively maintain and manage its current and projected growth for the foreseeable future. The company expects to maintain annual revenues of between $100 million and $120 million over the next several years.
The company’s growth and reputation is attributable to the experience and expertise of the senior management team, project managers, and superintendents. Gray, Faver, and Division Managers Ben Hinson and Adam Tveras, for example, have more than 80 years combined construction management experience, representing more than $3.5 billion worth of completed construction projects. This experience has enabled the company to consistently deliver high quality projects on time at an affordable price. We encourage all prospective customers to contact each and every customer we have done business with to understand our commitment to meeting each and every project goal.
