Serving the extended-stay market, this 45,000 square foot, four-story structure is wood framed on a post tension slab and foundation. Stairs are a conventional metal pan system with supporting tube columns. The façade consists of cementitious siding with an asphalt shingle roof. Room designs include studios, studio sleepers, and studio doubles. The designs can accommodate one to four people, and each design offers kitchen amenities including microwave ovens, refrigerators and electric cook tops.
The project includes construction of the hotel, a complete water service, storm service, sanitary sewer service, asphalt paving, site hardscapes, landscaping, and irrigation.
