This 456-bed, 208,000 square foot project was started in June of 2011 with turnover of the clubhouse in January 2012, followed by expected turnover of all units in July 2012. The 6,500 square foot, two-story clubhouse includes a sales and leasing office, club room, gaming room, exercise facility with tanning beds, and resort-quality swimming pool and spa. The student housing units are comprised of four-bedroom townhome units stacked atop four-bedroom garden style flats, all situated within five four-story buildings. The project also contains a two-story maintenance building with manager’s apartment above. The buildings are situated on a 7 acre site which includes a 120,000 cubic foot underground storm detention vault, three DOT right-of-way improvements, and significant retaining walls up to 20’ in height. Occupancy was August 2012.
