Andy Capobianco Promoted to Project Manager

1/8/26

It is our pleasure to announce the promotion of Andy Capobianco to Project Manager at FaverGray.

Andy earned this promotion through his hard work, diligence, and strong willingness to learn. He joined FaverGray with prior experience at Haskell Steel and quickly became a valuable and trusted member of our team.

Much of Andy’s experience with FaverGray has been on The Aston at Uptown project, where he played a key role both in the office and in the field. Andy assisted with the buyout phase of the project before transitioning to a field assignment, gaining hands-on experience that strengthened the overall execution of the job.

While in the field, Andy was instrumental in guiding the project through inspections under challenging conditions, including coordination with a particularly demanding site inspector and municipality. Thanks in large part to Andy’s persistence and attention to detail, the project achieved an unprecedented delivery and closeout in a jurisdiction well known for delaying occupancy.

Andy now steps into his first project as Project Manager on the Gateway Ambassador Parking Garage, marking an exciting next chapter in his career with FaverGray.

We are proud of Andy’s growth and accomplishments and look forward to his continued success in this new role. Please join us in congratulating Andy on his well-deserved promotion.
