Recognizing Growth: Grant Zachary Promoted to Project Superintendent

Please join us in congratulating Grant Zachary on his well-earned promotion to Project Superintendent.

Since joining FaverGray, Grant has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and an eagerness to grow—qualities that have defined his path and contributed to his success.

After graduating from Florida State University in 2021, Grant began his construction career on the Flamingo Crossings project. Initially employed with ACC, he worked closely with FaverGray’s turnover team during the second half of the project. This hands-on experience provided him with a unique perspective on our processes, pacing, and expectations. In his previous owner’s representative role, Grant brought an open-minded, collaborative approach and a strong willingness to learn—qualities that quickly set him apart and ultimately led him to join the FaverGray team.

Following Flamingo Crossings, Grant was assigned to Seminary Lane in Gainesville, where he played a key role in delivering a large student housing project under an accelerated timeline. Tasked with taking the project from power to turnover in just a few summer months, Grant demonstrated resilience, dependability, and professionalism while navigating a demanding schedule and rigorous oversight from building and public works departments. His contributions helped drive a successful turnover under challenging conditions.

He continued to build on that momentum at UCF Aperture, where he took on both vertical structures and clubhouse scopes of work. His leadership helped push the 320,000-square-foot student housing project from framing to turnover in just 11 months—an achievement that stands as a remarkable benchmark for the team.

Most recently, Grant returned to Tallahassee to lead the management of a five-story student housing development featuring a cast-in-place parking garage, clubhouse, and retail space—further showcasing his ability to take ownership of complex, large-scale projects.

In his new role as Project Superintendent, Grant will take the lead on the Milhaus Tallevast project in Sarasota. We’re excited for this next chapter and the opportunity for him to bring his experience, leadership, and dedication to a new client and project team.

Grant’s journey is a reflection of what’s possible through hard work, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We’re proud to have him on our team and look forward to all he will accomplish in this next role.

Congratulations, Grant!
