The Station at San Marco project is a 345-unit apartment project with a parking deck and ground-level retail space located on Hendricks Avenue.

The urban, infill mixed-use development is along an active, central corridor in historic San Marco. The site is the former Florida Baptist Convention Inc. property bordered by Hendricks and Naldo avenues, Nira Street, and the Interstate 95 ramp.

The five-story building will consist of 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space on 3.3 acres. The community will feature a sky lounge on the top level of the parking deck with a rooftop pool and luxury amenities. The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments will range in size from 557 to 1,414 square feet.

Completion is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
