FaverGray Announces New Student Housing Project: The Hall in Tallahassee, Florida
FaverGray, a premier multifamily and student housing general contractor, is proud to announce its latest project, The Hall, a dynamic student housing community located in the heart of Tallahassee, Florida. This transformative project will provide modern, resort-style accommodations tailored to the needs of students in the area.
Spanning 192 units and 674 beds, The Hall is divided between two strategically positioned parcels to create a comprehensive, amenity-rich living experience.
Parcel 2 is located on approximately 1.09 acres at 809 Railroad Avenue. This parcel will feature:
- A single-level CIP parking garage.
- A clubhouse equipped with fitness areas, study lounges, a golf simulator, café, and game lounge.
- A second-story resort-style swimming pool with a Jumbotron.
- Resort-style landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation.
Parcel 3, located on 2.11 acres at 816 S MLK Boulevard, will offer:
- A six-story precast parking garage with retail space.
- A clubhouse and amenity area including fitness spaces, study lounges, a games café, and a conference room.
- An interior courtyard featuring a pool, spa, grill station, dry sauna, and outdoor fireplace.
The project emphasizes high-quality construction and sophisticated design. Both parcels will include a mix of wood frame and metal framing, with exterior finishes of brick, Hardie board, and trim. Interior spaces will feature painted drywall with textured finishes, luxury vinyl and ceramic tile flooring, and wood cabinetry with granite countertops. Each unit will be outfitted with stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, shaker-style cabinets, and in-unit washers and dryers.
Construction will involve site demolition, infrastructure installation, and integration into public utilities. The Hall’s roofs will combine single-ply TPO roofing membranes and conventional shingle designs.
