FaverGray is proud to announce the groundbreaking of the N4, a new luxury multifamily community developed in partnership with Gateway Jax. Built to Endure
Construction will feature concrete podium levels to address flood resiliency, with wood framing for the upper residential floors. All slabs will be post-tensioned concrete, with the first two floors constructed in concrete for added structural integrity. The exterior will be clad in fiber cement siding with stone accents, reflecting a modern urban design aesthetic.
Site improvements will include:
Connections to public water, storm, and sewer utilities
Hardscape and landscaping
Irrigation, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks
