FaverGray is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Newburyport, a 332-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 13 acres in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Developed by Catalyst Development Partners and designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Newburyport marks another significant milestone in FaverGray’s continued growth across Central Florida.
Located within one of the region’s most desirable suburban markets, the 405,702-square-foot community is designed to deliver a high-quality residential experience through thoughtful planning, elevated design, and a strong focus on long-term livability.
This groundbreaking follows closely behind the recent start of construction on Windermere Cay in Winter Garden, further expanding FaverGray’s collaboration with Catalyst Development Partners across multiple Central Florida communities.
The development will include four four-story residential buildings—comprised of two Type I and two Type II structures—along with a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, pool pavilion, cabanas, dog park, and maintenance building. The site is designed to balance functionality with an inviting, amenity-rich environment that enhances the overall resident experience.
Newburyport will offer a diverse mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with 332 total units thoughtfully designed for comfort and modern living. Each residence will feature private patios, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and shaker-style cabinetry paired with solid surface granite countertops.
Interior finishes will include painted drywall walls, textured ceilings, and a combination of carpet, luxury vinyl plank, and ceramic tile flooring—providing both durability and a refined aesthetic throughout each unit.
Constructed using wood-frame methods, the buildings will feature fiber cement trim exteriors and a combination of architectural-style shingle and TPO roofing systems. All structures will be supported by post-tensioned concrete slab-on-grade foundations.
Residents will have access to a full suite of amenities, including a clubhouse with fitness center and clubroom, a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and pavilion, a dog park, and landscaped outdoor gathering spaces designed to foster connection and relaxation.
Site development will include water, sewer, and underground stormwater management systems connected to existing public utilities, along with professionally designed landscaping, irrigation systems, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and dry retention areas that complement the community’s overall design.
