FaverGray is announcing the official delivery of Park Place Tampa, a luxury student housing community in Tampa.

The Park Place project is an impressive 758-bed student housing community on 4.5 acres at 3400 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The development comprises two remarkable 5-story apartment buildings, with the first building spanning 166,000 square feet and the second including 205,000 square feet.
