Located in Niceville, Florida, The Enclave at Deer Moss Creek is a luxury multifamily community offering 303 upscale units across 18 acres. The development features nine 3-story and two 2-story apartment buildings with modern interiors, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and private balconies or patios. Resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, co-working spaces, and dog parks make this a standout community in the Florida Panhandle.
Juliette at Wildwood
The Juliette at Wildwood sits on a 21.86-acre site in Wildwood, Florida, and delivers 288 thoughtfully designed units. The community includes two 4-story apartment buildings, one 3-story residential building, carriage houses, and extensive amenities like a pool courtyard, co-working lounge, and fitness center. Outdoor features, including a Bocce Ball court, dog park, trails, and landscaped green spaces, create a vibrant and active residential experience.
Jack on Beach
Situated on 10 acres in Jacksonville, Florida, Jack on Beach is a 295-unit market-rate community designed with lifestyle in mind. The development includes three 4-story apartment buildings and a 2-story carriage house, along with 13,000 SF of leasing and amenity space. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool, fitness and yoga center, coworking spaces, and outdoor kitchens, all connected by scenic walking paths around three ponds.
Aston Uptown
Located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, Aston Uptown delivers 261 modern residences in a 5-story building, supported by a 6-story parking garage. The community features a central courtyard, pool, and a two-story clubhouse with a fitness center, game lounge, and sports simulator. With its mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and a prime location near Orlando, Aston Uptown offers a dynamic balance of convenience and luxury living.

Aston Town Center is a luxury apartment community in Jacksonville’s Town Center, featuring 278 units in a 5-story building paired with a 6-story parking garage. Sweetberries
Sweetberries is a 587-bed luxury student housing community in Gainesville, Florida, designed to serve University of Florida students. The project includes three residential buildings and a 7-story parking garage, with two 5-story buildings featuring student-focused amenities. From study spaces to resort-style recreation, Sweetberries blends comfort and connection, creating a best-in-class student living experience.
