FaverGray Wins ABC Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award for Park Place Tampa

8/27/24

FaverGray is proud to announce that we have been honored with the ABC Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award for our work on the Park Place project in Tampa, Florida.

The Park Place development is a 758-bed student housing community built to serve The University of South Florida students. The project consists of two impressive 5-story apartment buildings, offering a total of 371,000 square feet of residential space, complemented by a 3,500-square-foot leasing office.

The buildings are wood-frame construction, featuring fiber cement siding, metal panels, and stucco exteriors. Inside, residents enjoy luxurious amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness room, theater, golf simulator, and a hot yoga room. Outdoor features include a swimming pool and spa, a Jumbotron, pool cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, basketball and tennis courts, all contributing to a resort-style living experience.

We are thrilled that the Park Place project has been recognized and we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional construction projects.
