Construction continues moving forward at Ocean Village Apartments, a luxury multifamily community currently under development in Palm Coast, Florida. FaverGray is serving as the general contractor for the approximately 20-acre project, which will deliver 314 apartment units built to combine elevated coastal living with modern multifamily amenities.
Located off State Road 100 and just minutes from Flagler Beach, Ocean Village is positioned within one of Florida’s growing coastal markets, offering residents convenient access to beaches, recreation, dining, and surrounding community destinations.
The development includes four residential buildings featuring a mix of three-story and four-story construction, along with extensive amenity spaces and site improvements designed to support a connected and highly activated resident experience.
Resort-Style Amenities Designed Around Coastal Living
Ocean Village Apartments is being designed to create a lifestyle-focused environment centered around wellness, recreation, and social connection. The community’s amenity package includes a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring private work rooms, a fitness center and yoga studio, game lounge, leasing offices, and a club room with bar.
Outdoor amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, fire pits, grilling stations, gathering areas, and landscaped spaces designed to encourage outdoor activity and connection throughout the property.
The overall site layout emphasizes walkability, outdoor engagement, and a resort-inspired atmosphere that reflects the surrounding coastal environment.
Construction Progress & Project Scope
FaverGray’s scope includes residential construction, clubhouse and amenity spaces, utility infrastructure, stormwater systems, paving, landscaping, and comprehensive site improvements throughout the development.
The residential buildings are being constructed using primarily wood-frame construction with steel stairs and precast elevator shafts designed to support long-term durability and structural performance. Exterior finishes include fiber cement siding, stone accents, and architectural-style asphalt shingles.
All residential buildings are supported by post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundations engineered to enhance long-term stability and performance throughout the community.
Interior apartment finishes will feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, upgraded cabinetry, and contemporary lighting and finish selections designed to balance functionality and modern design.
