The Parkside at Cottage Hill project is a 240-unit apartment project consisting of ten multi-story apartment buildings with three detached garages, a clubhouse with pool, a mail kiosk, a maintenance building and a trash compactor.
The building exteriors include a combination of cementitious siding, brick veneer, high pitched shingle roofs and vinyl railed patios.
