FaverGray was selected as the General Contractor after working with the owner to provide budgeting and final pricing upon completion of the construction documents.
The Poet’s Walk project is a 38,403 square foot, single-story memory care facility situated on approximately 3.41 acres at 3020 Gordon West Shelton Boulevard in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The site improvements include a 48-space parking lot and landscaping.
This 71-bed, 63-unit project is comprised of 55 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units.
The memory care facility also includes two dining areas, two interior courtyards, an ice cream parlor, bistro, lobby, nurse’s office, porte-cochère and an exam room.
