Celebrating Success: Austin’s Promotion to Project Manager at FaverGray
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Austin Overly to Project Manager. Join us in congratulating Austin as he embarks on this exciting new chapter in his career at FaverGray.
Austin’s journey with our team began in February ’20, following his graduation from Ohio State University in December ’19. Joining us as an Assistant Project Manager, Austin’s dedication and commitment quickly became apparent as he worked on various projects, starting with the Parkside at Estero and Indigo at Champions Ridge multifamily projects in Florida.
However, it was his tenure on the Panama Flats project in Panama City Beach that truly shaped Austin’s professional growth. Over fourteen months in the field, Austin worked alongside team members like Stefan Saraff, honing his skills and building invaluable experience. His time on the Panama Flats project not only enhanced his expertise but also instilled a newfound confidence that propelled him toward excellence.
In September ’22, Austin transitioned to the Villas of Suncrest project, where his leadership and management skills truly shone. Under the guidance of Marc Hirst, Austin navigated the complexities of the project, earning accolades for his adept handling of challenges and his ability to foster strong relationships with leadership, project owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
As the entire team reflects on Austin’s journey, we are filled with immense pride and excitement for what lies ahead. Austin’s promotion to Project Manager is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence. We have no doubt that he will continue to thrive and lead with distinction, shaping the success of projects for years to come.
