At FaverGray, we pride ourselves on fostering talent, recognizing hard work, and celebrating the accomplishments of our team members. It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of David Hulon to Project Superintendent.
David’s journey with FaverGray is a testament to his dedication, adaptability, and relentless commitment to excellence. He joined our team in March 2019 as an Assistant Superintendent on the Flamingo Crossings project with no prior construction experience. Despite the steep learning curve, David rose to the occasion, managing structural framing inspections for 41 buildings spanning nearly 4 million GSF. His determination and work ethic earned him the responsibility of overseeing all cover-up inspections independently, proving his capacity to take on greater challenges.
David’s growth continued on the Park Place Tampa project, a 610,000 GSF type III-A garage wrap with a 7-story parking garage, rooftop pool, and expansive amenity deck. Under the guidance of Paul Ly, David gained hands-on experience across all aspects of construction, including garage footings, framing, MEP rough-ins, exterior installations, and punch lists. He consistently demonstrated dependability and expertise, managing multiple scopes while contributing to the broader success of the project.
Most recently, David took on Aston at Uptown, a 5-story, type III-A, split-level, double podium garage wrap with complex logistical challenges. Amid leadership transitions, David stepped up as the de facto on-site leader, providing critical guidance, fostering team collaboration, and driving the project forward with exceptional focus on schedule and quality. Thanks to his efforts, the project is on track for completion two months ahead of schedule.
David has exemplified FaverGray’s core values through his unwavering dedication, loyalty, and ability to lead by example. His success demonstrates that with hard work and perseverance, growth and achievement are inevitable.
