As our team continues to grow and our projects expand across the Southeast, we’re investing in something just as important as the buildings we construct for our clients: the space where our people work, collaborate, and connect every day. Our latest office expansion update video offers a behind-the-scenes look at the progress happening right next door to our current Jacksonville Beach headquarters. This expansion will seamlessly integrate with our existing office, creating a more connected and dynamic environment designed to support our team and our culture. The new space includes additional offices, a modern conference room for collaboration and client meetings, and areas dedicated to gathering and recharging — including a courtyard that will serve as a central hub for team connection. While we spend most of our time building communities for others — multifamily and student housing developments, — this project is especially meaningful because it’s for our own team.
