We’re excited to share that FaverGray has been named one of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work! This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based on feedback from our own employees and their experience working at FaverGray. For more than 20 years, FaverGray has called Jacksonville Beach home. A lot has changed since we started in 2005. Our team has grown, our projects have taken us into new markets, and we’ve welcomed new faces and new opportunities along the way. But one thing we’ve worked hard to maintain is the culture that has always been an important part of FaverGray. “Our people have always been the foundation of FaverGray,” said James A. Throughout the year, we look for opportunities to get our team away from their desks and jobsites and spend time together. Our monthly food trucks at the Jacksonville Beach office have become something everyone looks forward to, along with holiday celebrations, team outings and other events throughout the year. Most recently, we invited employees and their families to spend an afternoon together at Beach Bowl for FaverGray Family Day. And next up, things are about to get competitive with one of our favorite annual traditions — the FaverGray Chili Cook-Off. These may seem like small things, but they’re an important part of what makes FaverGray feel like FaverGray. A New Space for Our Growing Team Earlier this year, we completed an expansion of our Jacksonville Beach headquarters with our team in mind. In addition to new office space, the expansion includes indoor and outdoor gathering areas that have quickly become a favorite place for team lunches, monthly food trucks, celebrations and company events. The new space gives our employees a place to step away from their desks, spend time together and celebrate the milestones that make working at FaverGray special. As our company continues to grow, we want our workplace to grow with it — not just in terms of physical space, but in the opportunities available to our people. The new space includes additional offices, a modern conference room for collaboration and client meetings, and areas dedicated to gathering and recharging — including a courtyard that will serve as a central hub for team connection. While we spend most of our time building communities for others — multifamily and student housing developments, — this project is especially meaningful because it’s for our own team. FaverGray Breaks Ground on N4 – Gateway Jax Apartments in Downtown Jacksonville
6/25/25 FaverGray is proud to announce the groundbreaking of the N4, a new luxury multifamily community developed in partnership with Gateway Jax. This transformative project is located at 715 Clay Street in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, Florida, and marks a significant step forward in the revitalization of the city’s urban core. A Dynamic New Development in Pearl Square N4 is rising within the Pearl Square district, a growing hub for residential, retail, and community life. This 345-unit apartment complex, located on Hendricks Avenue, is a prime example of urban, infill mixed-use development that blends modern living with the rich history of San Marco. The project features a five-story building with 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and a parking garage.
