FaverGray is serving as the general contractor for Tallevast, a market-rate multifamily community under construction in Sarasota, Florida. Situated on approximately 10.80 acres, the development will deliver 231 residential units across a collection of thoughtfully designed three-story residential buildings supported by surface parking, detached garage structures, and amenity spaces designed to enhance everyday living and community connection.
The development consists of one 87-unit residential building and four 36-unit residential buildings, along with two seven-bay garages—one of which includes a property management facility—plus supporting community and site amenities.
Designed to support modern multifamily living, Tallevast combines indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities with durable construction and functional site planning to create a connected residential environment within the growing Sarasota market.

Construction Overview
FaverGray’s construction scope for Tallevast includes construction of residential buildings, detached garage structures, clubhouse and amenity facilities, utility infrastructure, stormwater systems, and full-site improvements.
Site improvements include clearing and grading the previously unimproved site, installation of water, storm, gas, and sewer infrastructure tying into existing public utilities, pond excavation, and paving to support internal circulation, resident access, and surface parking throughout the community.
The multifamily community is being constructed entirely with wood framing and features exterior materials including cultured stone, Hardie® lap siding, and Hardie® board and batten to create a cohesive architectural character with long-term durability.
Building foundations consist of a combination of post-tensioned and conventional concrete slabs-on-grade. Roofing throughout the community will consist of Class IV impact-resistant shingles installed over two layers of synthetic felt underlayment.
Interior finishes throughout the community are designed to balance comfort, functionality, and durability and include:
- Painted drywall walls and ceilings with smooth finish
- Luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and ceramic tile flooring
- Wood cabinetry and trim
- Solid-surface quartz countertops
- Stainless steel kitchen appliances
- In-unit white washers and dryers
- Walk-in closets
- Shaker-style cabinetry with soft-close hinges and glides
