Chris Kelly has been a Superintendent with FaverGray for more than 14 years. He is currently the Senior Project Superintendent on the Indigo at Champions Ridge project, our multifamily development in Davenport, Florida.

The Indigo at Champions Ridge project is a 17.8-acre site that will bring 300 new units to the Polk County community.

Highlights include:

• One clubhouse with a pool, gym, and leasing office
• Two five-bay garages
• Four six-bay garages
• Two outdoor pavilions
• Dog washing station
• One maintenance building

FaverGray is scheduled to complete the project in the summer of 2022.

What do you do for fun/hobbies?

I like to take 1-2 days trips on my motorcycle.

I am also a trained chef.

What is your proudest moment at FaverGray?

When a project is completed early, like the hotel that we built in Colonial Heights Virginia, was completed 32 days ahead of schedule.
