THE SADLER ROAD LODGE

Project Type: Workforce Housing

Location: Fernandina Beach, Florida

Units: 75

Delivered: Q3 2025

The Sadler Road Lodge project is a completed workforce housing community for Omni Hotels & Resorts, located just under one mile from the beach in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

The 51,112 SF building features 75 units with a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts. The community includes an upscale kitchen and living amenity space, along with an outdoor fitness and recreation patio.

The development consists of one 3-story Type 5A apartment building and a trash compactor enclosure. The structure is built with wood framing, a fiber cement exterior façade, and a combination of architectural shingle and TPO roofing. The building slab is a post-tensioned concrete slab on grade.

Interior finishes include textured walls and ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpet. Kitchens and bathrooms feature wood cabinetry with granite countertops, and each unit is equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Site improvements include domestic water, fire water, sewer utilities, and primary power tied into existing utilities to the east of the property.

Construction is now complete and the project successfully delivers much-needed workforce housing to the Fernandina Beach community.
