FaverGray is serving as the general contractor for Trevato Beach Boulevard, a 415-unit market-rate multifamily community under construction in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Developed by Trevato Development, the project will transform approximately 10.7 acres along Beach Boulevard into a thoughtfully designed coastal residential community.

The 410,509-square-foot development consists of two three-story residential buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. The community will combine modern residences, lifestyle-focused amenities, structured parking, and approximately 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

Designed with a traditional Southern architectural aesthetic, Trevato Beach Boulevard will provide a distinctive residential experience that reflects the character and coastal setting of the Jacksonville Beaches community.

FaverGray’s construction scope for Trevato Beach Boulevard includes the development of two wood-framed residential buildings, a four-story precast parking garage, surface parking, amenity spaces, commercial space, and supporting site infrastructure.

The project features post-tensioned concrete slab-on-grade construction and a durable exterior material palette designed to create a cohesive traditional Southern aesthetic.

Parking for Trevato Beach Boulevard will be provided through a four-story precast concrete parking garage, supplemented by additional surface parking throughout the community.
